Year 2 Bees had a fantastic time during our NAPA session with Georgia! We listened to some amazing songs and worked together to create our very own dance routine as a collective. Team Robin recommend the story 'The Worrysaurus' for you to read at home. We discussed how the Worrysaurus had butterflies in his tummy, when he began to worry (sometimes over nothing). Could your child be our next Eco-Council representative? We are looking for enthusiastic pupils who would love the opportunity to represent their class as part of our Croxby Eco-Council. Eco-Council members will help us to make our school even greener by sharing ideas, supporting environmental projects, helping with campaigns and speaking in assemblies about how we can all make a difference. As geographers, year 6 recapped on some key foundational skills of reading topographical maps and determining locations from coordinates. This was in preparation for their new topic all about the physical structure of our Earth where they will also investigate natural processes that give rise to major physical features such as volcanoes.
